  • Thank you for choosing our event planner company for your equipment needs. Please review our return policy below:

    • Equipment may be used for the duration of the event only. If the equipment is needed for additional time, please notify us in advance.

    • The equipment must be returned on the same day as the event. If the equipment is not returned on the same day, a charge will be made for the additional day(s) of use.

    • If the equipment is damaged during use, the client will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement of the item.

    • If the client fails to return the equipment, the client will be charged for the cost of the item.

    • No refunds will be given once the equipment has been used.
